C-T Urban Development Plans
Columbia Tusculum has two Urban Development Plans prepared by the City.
Columbia Tusculum UDP Phase One deals with creating a new neighborhood business district at Columbia Parkway and development of Columbia Square.
Columbia Tusculum UDP Phase Two is a set of recommendations for the lower Columbia Tusculum, based on a 1999 study of Eastern Avenue and the commercial area extending to Kellogg Ave.
